To support our growing operations, we’re looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Call Center & Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and professionally handle customer inquiries. Respond to messages and emails promptly and accurately. Assist customers with booking appointments for our mobile services. Create and deliver informative presentations as needed. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction. About You: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in basic office applications and technology. Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
