Wanted Pastry Chef (Cinnamon & Cake Roll Specialist) A specialized company in the field of baked goods inside the State of Kuwait announces its need for a pastry chef specializing in cinnamon and Cake Roll with the following specifications: Required skills and specialization: Experience in preparing sauces (glaze - drizzle - fillings - frosting). Knowledge of ready-made fruits, fruit fillings and toppings. Good knowledge of dealing with ice cream and presenting it in desserts. Experience in making cakes - cookies - croissants and display products. The ability to prepare attractive display products and maintain their quality. Strong experience in kitchen management, organization, hygiene and inventory control. Previous experience inside Kuwait is required.
