We are looking for a person responsible for managing social media for a men's salon, whose goal is to activate work and increase the number of customers in a realistic and studied manner. Required commitment to produce regular weekly content that includes 4 to 6 videos dedicated to TikTok and Instagram, in addition to two photo posts per week, with the publication of a daily story that reflects the atmosphere of the salon, the actual work, and the offers. The work requires being in the salon from two to three times a week for filming, provided that each visit includes filming an amount of content that is sufficient for more than a day, including haircuts, before and after, behind-the-scenes shots, and simple promotional content when needed. The required content is to achieve realistic results such as gradually improving interaction, increasing followers, and attracting new customers to the salon, with a focus on converting views into actual visits, and not just publishing. It is preferable that the applicant understands the algorithms of TikTok and Instagram, and knows how to film and produce videos in a practical way that suits men's salons, and works with a mindset of development and spread in the medium term, and not quick, illusory results.
